Returns, Exchange, & Refunds Policy
Due to the personalized and bespoke nature of our business, our policy is as follows:
1. Bespoke and Custom Items
* Non-Returnable: All bespoke, custom-made, or personalized gifts are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the case of damage or defect upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
* Reporting: If a gift arrives damaged or defective, you must notify O’lavanda Signature within 48 hours of receiving the package.
* Evidence: Photographic evidence of the damage to the item and the packaging must be provided.
* Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the damaged item(s) or a full refund for the cost of the damaged item(s).
3. Refund Process
* Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-14 working days of approval.
* Cancellations: If you cancel a bespoke order after the sourcing or customization process has begun, any deposit paid may be forfeited to cover costs incurred.
