1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with O’lavanda Signature, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Bespoke Order Process & Customization

Approval: For bespoke or customized orders, the final design/item list must be approved by the customer (you) before production/sourcing begins.

* Modifications: Once an order is approved and confirmed, any modifications may be subject to additional fees and delays.

* Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute any item of equal or greater value if a listed component of a gift package is unavailable due to supply chain issues. We will endeavor to notify you of significant changes.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

* All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.

* Full Payment: Bespoke or large corporate orders may require a non-refundable deposit or full payment upfront, as specified in the invoice.

* Invoicing: All payments must be made according to the due dates specified on the invoice.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

* Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided, but are not guaranteed. O’lavanda Signature is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

* Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

* Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Redelivery due to incorrect address will incur an additional charge.

 

 5. Intellectual Property

Most content, designs, and branding (logos, images, text) used by O’lavanda Signature are our intellectual property and may not be used without express written permission.
